To begin with, the first thing which touched us was his responsive nature, despite his busy schedule, that helped us get admitted to Reliance hospital, when my husband was in a scary condition. Although he had left for the day, he ensured smooth admission and had briefed his team well to manage the situation and the team did a good job. All this happened late night and as per his instructions, his team got my husband ready for the procedure which happened immediately the next day. Perfect leadership!!

Did my colonoscopy at Reliance hospital, Girgaon yesterday Yes I was scared about general anesthesia, but trust me I felt absolutely nothing.
Patra sir and his team took complete care of me since my admission in hospital till my discharge. After admission nurses took my complete history, checked my vitals. Patra sir visited me before procedure gave me courage again.
For procedure they took me to the operating room, checked my vitals again, and gave me general anesthesia. All the staff was very soft spoken, cleared my all doubts, their words were encouraging and they clear all my silly doubts as well.
After injecting anesthesia, I felt nothing just a bit cold for 30secs and boom lights out. I directly woke up in admission room after 40mins. After waking up I felt nothing, no pain from procedure, no grogginess from anesthesia, absolute nothing. It felt like I did no procedure at all. I was walking comfortably in the hospital for toilet visits but the nurse was accompanying me to bathroom and back to my bed(even though I need no nurse as I was absolute fine).
